Touring Siem Reap and Angkor Wat

We began our experience in Cambodia crossing overland from Thailand. Even though we were headed to Siem Reap, the top tourism destination in the country, I was surprised at how much poorer and less-developed Cambodia seemed in comparison. Customs was somewhat of a nightmare, taking several hours to navigate the confusing sequences of necessary bureaucracy.  

Things to do in The Copper Canyon

(Of Creel and Barrancas del Cobre) Barrancas del Cobre, or the Copper Canyon, is one of northern Mexico’s most fascinating areas, yet also one of the places visited least frequently. I found it more beautiful and striking than the Grand Canyon in AZ and definitely more culturally engaging. The Copper Canyon was our second big
